Taekover Shipping Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

 


Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package from our door to yours.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times


We currently ship within the United States only.


  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — Rates calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days) — Available for an additional cost.


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume during drops and new releases.



Order Changes & Address Updates

 

If you need to change or update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [taekover1@yahoo.com]. Once an order has shipped, we can’t make changes to the address or delivery method.



Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages



Taekover is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee replacements for issues caused during transit.
